Is Loan Connect a lender?
No. Loan Connect is a lending service provider. We help you find loans from participating NBFCs and connect you with the lender you choose. That lender gives you the loan and manages it.
Do I have to pay Loan Connect anything?
Nope. We don't charge any platform, application, referral or subscription fee. Lenders pay us for our service. Your lender may charge interest and fees, and you'll see them in its Key Facts Statement. Never pay anyone who says they're from Loan Connect to release or guarantee a loan.
Will using Loan Connect affect my CIBIL score?
Not from us. We don't pull your credit report. If you apply with a lender, that lender may run its own credit check, and that can affect your score.
What details do I need to share?
Just the basics: your name, mobile number, date of birth, email, gender, pincode, PAN, job details and income. We'll never ask for your Aadhaar, bank statements or OTPs, or for access to your contacts, SMS or photos.
Who can see my information?
Only the lender you pick, and only after you say yes. We don't send your profile to every lender on the app.
How do I delete my account?
Use the delete option in the app, or ask us on our website or by email. We'll process your request within 7 working days of verifying it.
How to delete your accountHow do I raise a complaint?
Email or call our support team, or reach our Nodal Grievance Redressal Officer. We aim to reply within 72 hours and sort out complaints within 30 days.
